Even George is following Coronavirus restrictions in Gibsons, B.C.
Mr. Dressup: Local people in Lower Gibsons, B.C. like to attire George Gibson with appropriate clothing on special and memorable days throughout the year. Recently George donned a face mask to protect himself from getting coronavirus from the many tourists that visit Gibsons each year. George's statue is situated directly across from Molly's Reach restaurant (one of the chief locations in the CBC's longest running Canadian drama "The Beachcombers"). If you've got this year's picture of George wearing his St. Paddy's Day clothing with an Irish pot of gold, please send it to me!
